The dload folde rmust have Update.APP file inside it. Connect your Ascend P7 to PC, and transfer the dload folder to your internal storage of your Huawei device. You should get a Software folder, in which you would have a dload folder with Update.APP file inside it. Extract the update file to a separate folder.
